Returns

All returns should be made within thirty (30) days of receipt. (Approval must be obtained prior to returning items identified as damaged.) You are responsible for freight charges to return the items to us. Non-compliant or defective product or other returns have some exceptions.

Any returned product must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Contact Medical Filter Supply support either via e-mail at medicalfiltersupply@gmail.com or by phone at (877) 730-0002 to have an authorization form sent to you.

Merchandise to be returned must be sent to the manufacturer and should be packed in the original shipping cartons with items padded and secured. For fastest service please include your name, the authorization number from the RGA form sent to you by Medical Filter Supply, LLC, address including email address, and a daytime phone number on the outside of the package for any returned items. Medical Filter Supply, LLC, and/or the manufacturer may need to contact you regarding the returned merchandise.

Non-Compliant / Defective Product:

If a product is found to be non-compliant or defective, Medical Filter Supply, LLC, will, at its option and expense, either replace or issue credit for the products which are defective or non-conforming. Allowance for or replacement of defective items will be made following test and inspection by the manufacturer. The customer will be given full credit for defective products and may provide Medical Filter Supply, LLC proof of freight costs to receive reimbursement at that time. If product is not found to be non-compliant or defective, customer can choose to have product returned to them via freight collect and no credit will be issued.

All Other Returns:

Medical Filter Supply will accept product returns due to other circumstances ONLY at Medical Filter Supply, LLC’s discretion if the request is made within 30 days of date of shipment. If a customer has found that the incorrect product has been ordered, a Returned Goods Authorization will be given ONLY if they place an order for the correct product at the same time the RGA is given. All returns MUST be sent back via prepaid freight. Anything returned via Freight Collect will be rejected in receiving. The Medical Filter Supply RGA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box of returned goods and a copy of the RGA Form attached. These returns will be issued a discretionary credit on the product only upon complete inspection of the product and a determination that the product package has been unopened and is acceptable for resale.
