Introducing MFS water purification system
Medical Filter Supply is proud to introduce our MFS water purification system. This is a 2-stage filtering system designed to help protect your endoscopes and your patients. The first stage filter removes all silt and grit that can damage your endoscope. The second stage bacteria retention filter removes bacteria that can cause harm to your patient.
We have observed in some endoscopy centers the practice of hand processing their endoscopes. Some centers protect their scopes and patients by using expensive bottled sterile water. We have observed however, it is the common practice in many centers of using unfiltered city water during the hand washing and rinsing process. Considering all automated endoscope reprocessors use ultra-filtered bacteria free water to wash and rinse the scopes, it would seem only logical the same criteria should be used in the hand washing process. Medical Filter Supply is now offering a water purification system designed specifically for the hand wash process. Using properly filtered grit and bacteria free water can extent the life of your valuable endoscopes and provide a bacteria free endoscope for your patients.
The MFS water purification system is a complete unit, ready for installation. It comes with an easily installed wall mounting bracket, filter canisters, sediment filter, bacteria retention filter, tubing, connectors, and a 2-way diverter valve to be attached to the present faucet outlet. This 2-way valve allows the facuet to supply both filtered and unfiltered water with the simple turn of the control lever. This diverter valve allows continued normal use of the sink when bacteria free water is not required.

Medical Filter Supply Offers Discount Prices
Announcing the opening of Medical Filter Supply, LLC! Medical Filter Supply sells endoscopy and other medical filters to hospitals and clinics at discount prices.
Medical Filter Supply purchases the highest quality medical filters to ensure they meet or exceed the filtering requirements of all the major endoscope reprocessors.
There have been reported incidences where improperly cleaned endoscopes were cited in cross infection of blood born diseases. This highlights how important quality endoscopy filters and other medical filters are. Some filters – sediment filters, for instance – are designed to remove silt and grit that will damage and shorten the life of the endoscope. But to help protect the patient, a second stage filter, called a bacteria retention filter, is needed to remove bacteria from the wash and rinse water.
Medical Filter Supply was founded to help clients lower operating cost by lowering the cost on their endoscopy and other filters. We’ve launched the Medical Filter Supply website to give our clients access to wholesale priced medical filters. As our client base grows, so will the discounts. It will be good for everyone – the hospitals/clinics and the patients.
